American Airlines Dropped By Another Travel Site
American Airlines says it now hopes to reach deals with Expedia and Orbitz to resume ticket sales on those two internet travel agent sites just as Sabre, behind-the-scenes provider of airfare data to travel agencies announced it will display American Airlines information less prominently. These are just the latest spats in an ever-escalating war between American and ticket distributors over the fees associated with selling airfare. Continue reading
